What about Grand Blue and Hinamatsuri?! The first is just as well funny, especially for higher/uni students. As for Hinamatsuri it's incredibly well done, and it throws in a fiddling bit of feels somewhere midway. Simply... personally... I didn't discover Sakamoto to be very funny. I laughed, yes, simply out of pity.

Gekkan Shoujo, on the other hand, was (and is, following the manga), and so funny that there was never i episode that I didn't laugh out loud. If I finally terminate Gintama, Gekkan Shoujo would be only my 2d most favourite in the One-act section. (Gintama. It's fun. We all agree on that. To those who don't, oh.. I don't know...)
