Thought well ok it's the same price as some other like books but when it arrived it was more like an insert to a book not a book by itself. Very disapplinted though, that every description was based on using their own brand equipment - so incomprehensible as to what Uk equipment I would need to buy/ use. Possibly I was naive - as I didn't realise this previous to buying - though of course they didn't make this clear in their " blurb". I wouldn't buy this had I known
